ROSS PAVING SERVICES
Refund Policy
Ross Paving Services, LLC
Last Updated: August 13, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the general policies of Ross Paving Services, LLC regarding deposits, cancellations, refunds, completed services, and equipment rentals. Specific written estimates, proposals, contracts, or rental agreements may contain additional or different terms. When they do, the signed agreement governing that transaction controls.
Estimates.
Ross Paving Services, LLC currently offers free estimates unless a customer is informed otherwise before an estimate is performed. Requesting an estimate does not obligate the customer to purchase services.
Project Deposits and Advance Payments.
Certain paving, excavation, demolition, heavy hauling, or other projects may require a deposit or advance payment before scheduling, ordering materials, mobilizing equipment, or beginning work. The amount and applicable cancellation terms will be identified in the customer's estimate, proposal, invoice, or contract. Refund eligibility may depend on whether materials have been ordered, subcontractors or hauling have been scheduled, equipment has been mobilized, work has begun, or Ross Paving has otherwise incurred costs for the project.
Cancellation of Scheduled Services.
Customers should contact Ross Paving as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule work. Any cancellation fee, non-refundable deposit, or rescheduling requirement specifically stated in the customer's written estimate, proposal, or contract will apply. If no specific cancellation provision exists, Ross Paving will evaluate any refund based on work already performed and reasonable costs already incurred or committed for the customer's project.
Completed Work.
Payments for properly completed labor and services are generally non-refundable. If a customer believes work was not performed in accordance with the applicable written agreement, the customer should contact Ross Paving promptly so the concern can be reviewed. When appropriate, Ross Paving may inspect the work and determine whether correction, repair, adjustment, credit, or another remedy is appropriate under the applicable agreement and law.
Equipment Rental Reservations.
Unless a different arrangement is agreed to in writing, a $300 reservation deposit is required to reserve rental equipment and is applied toward the rental charges. If a renter cancels, the reservation deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future rental subject to the terms agreed upon by Ross Paving and the renter. Equipment rentals remain subject to the separately executed Equipment Rental Agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with this general website policy.
Equipment Rental Charges.
Rental charges for time during which equipment was rented are generally non-refundable once the rental period has begun. Fuel charges, excessive cleaning charges, damage charges, late fees, recovery expenses, loss-of-use charges, delivery fees, and other amounts assessed under an Equipment Rental Agreement are not considered refundable rental deposits and remain governed by that agreement.
Weather and Circumstances Beyond Our Control. Paving, excavation, demolition, hauling, and related construction work may depend on suitable weather and site conditions. Weather-related postponement or reasonable rescheduling does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund. Ross Paving will work with customers to reschedule affected work when reasonably possible.
Refund Method.
Any refund approved by Ross Paving will generally be issued using the original payment method when reasonably possible. Processing time may depend on the financial institution or payment provider involved.
No Website Purchase Guarantee.
Information displayed on the website does not independently create a right to a refund. Refund and cancellation rights for a particular transaction are determined by this Policy, the applicable written agreement, and applicable law.
